    I think he used a blow torch to make it look cooked. I bet it's still raw inside. Pretty though.

    We cooked it the easy way, a Southern Pride rotisserie for 17 hours. This was a catering job we did for ULA.

    BF2DA4CB-96FD-4F36-A9B8-E22545688CFE.jpeg ESEE would do alot better if they’d just make a knife that doesn’t need sharpening....in the mean time their Knife Maintenance Kit works great.
