@RedEyedHog what did you cook it in, ours look like that when we us La Cana China. Nice job.
I think he used a blow torch to make it look cooked. I bet it's still raw inside. Pretty though.
We cooked it the easy way, a Southern Pride rotisserie for 17 hours. This was a catering job we did for ULA.
It wasn’t going to taste good either way.
ESEE would do alot better if they’d just make a knife that doesn’t need sharpening....in the mean time their Knife Maintenance Kit works great.
