    I think he used a blow torch to make it look cooked. I bet it's still raw inside. Pretty though.

    We cooked it the easy way, a Southern Pride rotisserie for 17 hours. This was a catering job we did for ULA.

    You should come check it out next time you’re down this way. Loaded with reptiles. Haven’t seen any rattlesnakes yet but they are out here. We see more copperheads than anything.
