Definitely not ready for that. You would be better served investing that money in a Subaru. That jeep would have gotten you and your buddy and his kid killed if he didn't have a Subaru.

The biggest city that I have ever lived in is Statesboro, GA and that was over 20 years ago. Before it started growing. Zaxby's sure has gone downhill since then.

Bushy, can't you couldn't you cut back on the expensive gear, rent out your apartment and get out of the city. I know you could, if it's really what you want.

Look what I found in my storage.
My old 1980 Swiss made RAICHLE mountaineering boots. Tucked away in a plastic bag.
All leather , heavy stiff Vibram sole.

took a liter of HUBERD’S neats leather oil , they were thirsty!

    Suggestion bump.
Enjoyed the last few with the new hosts. I had a similar misadventure in the Pigsah Gorge years ago. We were more aware of tbe terrain due to going with a local but he turned out to know "where it was, more than what it was", food poisoning showed up and then it began to rain. Not my favorite trip but definitely one I'm glad happened.

    it’s freaking badass

im averaging 775 to 875 KM’s per tank (100 liter tank ) and I’ve hyper miled it to over 950 KM’s per tank

I loved my 2 XJ Cherokees I had growing up. The 4.0 was great until Chrysler got ahold of it.

5 years in a Jeep dealership made me swear off anything connected to Chrysler, even the good old vintage stuff.

I try to bite my tongue and not say anything too ugly.

Each to their own. Seen lots of Toyotas , tacomas , fords chevys etc have lots of problems too.

seen tons of the new jeeps on the trails, the engines are fantastic - the owners have had little to zero issues with them

Playing around on my wife's Ipad, opened Instagram (I gave up on it last year) and thought I'd see what ESEE had going on with social media. Realized that the guy I saw from a distance in the motorcycle dealer showroom that looked like Shane Adams was...... Shane Adams. Guess I'm the last one to know he went to another job. If it was mentioned here I missed it.

Will @Expat help us join the Cartel?

when do we ride and take over the BCUSA club? Can we burn all their precious fat wood sticks in a massive bonfire and use their scandi grinds as nails ?

I guess now we can harass him for a better Transalp and to get the ADV300 brought in instead of folders and CR3.5s...
