    In business school, we were taught that customers like consistency. We'd like to announce a new product when it was already stocked and shipping, but we don't want to alienate our customer base.

    Since we are all guessing, im going to go with a meat fork that has a blade on one side of an outside tine and a button compass in the g10 junglas handle. Seems like that would be a good companion to a cleaver.
