By the way, the cleaver is fully endorsed by a famous chef/author, classically trained at the famous Le Cordon Bleu school in Paris. At least, that's what the marketing literature will say. What really happened was Ethan Becker picked it up and said, "I like it." I extrapolated from that....
I know you've mentioned before trying to get a cleaver in the hands of Anthony Bourdain. What about Steve Rinella? He does a lot of wild game cleaning and cooking and seems like he might be the type to want to try a new, versatile tool like the Cleaver. Also, their shows are both produced by the same company, I believe. So maybe send a couple to Zero Point Zero Productions and see if they will pass them around?
The well-equipped kitchen: Smokey C's, a custom made butcher block, some cast iron, and a blade to handle any task.
I don't have the ability to put text on a pic. But when browsing the web I came across this patriotic looking shield and thought it would look cool if it said Expat Knives on it some how. Any help?
I can see what is going to happen... I am going to vanish into the New Zealand bush next month and by the time I surface again in March the Cleaver will have been offered, shipped and discontinued...!!!! Bastages....its a conspiracy against ME !!!
I am looking for porters at present !! "Strong of Back...Weak of Mind" were the main selection criteria.
Yeah. Seems quite British. We don't like warm tea around here. It oughta be ice cold and a cup of sugar per gallon.
