I dont shave in the fall. I have to be clean shaven the rest of the year and hate it. Dont work the fall so I dont shave. I hunt all fall dont wear camo but I believe animals shun the white face
Sea survival/ marine firefighting instructor. Work alot of OT. Before that deck officer on ship. Worked a part of one fall in my lifetime. Life is too short to work bird season.
No cream for me. I just wash and shave - same procedure as shaving in the field using your helmet for a basin, except I use warm water.
I'm on a strict no shave until I kill my buck for the season. I've never seen my fiance so happy to see me go hunting. She's been very encouraging
Quit shaving when I retired as an LEO in 2014. Actually kept the same job but went as non-sworn/non-LEO investigator. My wife, her mom and my boss were appalled when I went full beard instead of goatee. Had a trimming accident in 2015 and shaved it off. Wife and mum-inlaw ordered me to grow it back. Apparently it had become “normal” and hides some of my ugly mug. Now ex boss never got over it after seeing me clean shaven for 26 years. I was so near sighted growing up I learned to shave by feel in the shower with soap and disposable razor. Post LASIC I’m 20/15 but still shave my neck that way a couple times a week.
Another Proraso fan and Feather SS blades - fan boy here. best shave... ever... the only time I have to spend on myself... 15minutes of shave time... good for 2-3 days.
