BLACK on BLACK
I'll take it
I wish I had one for myself!
M8 Devastator in CPM154, with Tanker Grey GunKote. Sharpening rod and matchsafe finished to match.
Wow, what a beautiful beast of a knife!
Super nice setup.
Curious about the balance of hollow handled knives... (Never had the chance to handle one yet) Are the a bit tail heavy compared to 'full tang' knives? Does that change with bigger blades like this one? Or are they about the same in how the are balanced?
........... now that is a knife ..!!
Sheath and accessories doesn't look too shabby either
Thank you very much!
To your question about balance, well, within reason you can do it about however you like. This model is a little blade heavy since it is designed to chop well. Pictured below is one that I made to be a "light chopper," so I brought the balance back closer to the guard.
Thank you, I was quite pleased, as was the client. Much appreciated!
Damn you Sam……you have weakened me and I am going to have to join your waiting list….
You sound just like my Mother.
Do I get the family discount then ?
My Mother also changed my diapers. Are you prepared to prove your loyalty to the family?
@Andy the Aussie must pay his fealty to you....
I'm laughing so hard right now I just sprayed beer outta my nose.
…..I have done some terrible terrible things for money and knives…..it’s a fair bet I have done worse than you would demand !!
New design to bridge the size gap, the B.U.S.H. Bowie.
Like it. Whats the details sir?
Thank you! This one fits between the SAFE I and SAFE II. It has a 5.75" long blade, 3/16" thick. Aluminum guard and handle, so very light and nimble. CPM154 steel is now the standard in my shop.
