    Lowe’s has the 18” Tram with a sheath. The edge and overall finish is horrible without your special grade option. I decided to attach that instead of the cardboard LOL

    Let it Drag.... Honestly that is about the best option. You could cut it, but I believe it voids any type of warranty the shoe might have. I have never had a problem with the excess webbing tripping me up or catching anything, although it is annoying until you get used to it.

    I think we should send him a pair of the ones with the Grateful Dead bears on them. Or maybe customize him a pair.
    I've always just tucked them in to the outside ankle (?) strap. I can't stand anything dragging off me. I've also seen people step on other folk's loose sandal strap in public.
    Or trim them to size if you don't want to tuck them.
