Sorry, as always, I'm very late to the party. :(

I mean, my f'g cat ate my homework, OK?!
I did my algebra, history essay and washed the dishes.

Sheesh. Cut me some slack. . .

    OK, coffee cup.

It's all metal -- some light alloy -- but with a plastic handle.
Very flat on the bottom .. makes it sit stably on the desk
w/o spilling a drop of coffee, even after 11 pm.

Pics? Yeah, pics. I've got some here somewhere.
Give me a month or two, OK?

But wait ... what was the question again?

    Burned lips?

Can we get a mod over here? I think that's porn.

He drinks coffee. That's pro0f, right?

And where's that ESEE corporate jet?

Your honor, I submit that this man flew that plane into the ground just east of ...

Oh, wait ... never mind.

I don't own a smart phone, so pics require camera to laptop, laptop to forum.
Too many connectors and too mucho tiempo.

So, here's the closest I could get with a search on "metal coffee cup".
Mine has a plastic flat wider bottom. I bought it at Walmart two years ago.

Finally inadvertently got some shots of my cup today. I spent a few hours this afternoon down in the meadows and woods out back of my temporary (month) quarters. My host has about 80 acres, with connections to a lot more. (west of I-95, west of Bangor about an hour). I went down there today in the first day-time snow, sleet, freezing rain event we've had this year -- just a dusting, but a good damp day to practice fire building skills, check out my fire kit (needs work), and learn some new materials. Just happened to take my coffee cup along for the walk; it's my EDC (everyday cup), whether home or at camp. By the time I was heading back to base camp (the house), the remaining coffee in the cup (like a tsp) was ice coffee. :D

Orange? We're in the last three days of deer season here, and there are a lot of hunters in this area. (I was also wearing an orange hat and a bright red rain jacket.)

I'll be posting pics of the fire building exercise in a separate thread.

Thanks, I've had one for a couple weeks now. Not Emalco, but pretty good quality for a China made mug.

If you are a sipper then get a double wall cup because those will retain the temp a lot longer.
If you want instant zip then buy the individual serving packs of instant coffee. Pour those grinds into your mouth and chew then wash down with water. You'll sort of have the same feeling like.......... i-fucking-love-cocaine.jpg

Hydroflask is my coffee cup. Works great and keep my coffee warm. Also allows the attachment of cool guy stickers.
