I'm sure i could swing a paella for the next bushcraft class, I am going today to prep for paella for 2000 people tomorrow, I post pics later.
Paella for the masses, feed over 2000 people yesterday here are a few pics I was able to get when I wasn’t hustling.
40lbs of a sausage cut into bite size pieces, then we par cooked 180lbs of rice
Had to get the pans level
Then we started turning out the food
We had a good crowd, most of the Tour de France team was here, Lance Armstrong showed up also. We started serving at 11:00 and didn’t stop cooking until 3:30 and it rained the whole time, not a heavy rain but a constant rain.
Man you weren’t joking. That’s a lot of paella. That’s awesome ! I may have to cater you to throw a party. It looks amazing !
Dang you guys went all out on this class. Wish I could have been there
