yeti and rtic are probably the same company , and they pulled the ultimate marketing coup by doing this.
create an insanely overpriced cooler that works well, market the **** out of it, then lo and behold , a cheaper identical knock off suddenly appears. Fan boys on both sides. the cheaper one sells millions cuz people like better deals. Millions of product sold on both sides, and then ....lets stir up the **** a bit and big Co sues little knock off co.....FREE ADVERTISING. More product bought on both sides, mor emoney pouring in, now all the gear mags and interwebz is abuzz.......more free advertising..... little co has to "pay" a settlement to big co....LOL......their probably freaking brothers for god sakes....sitting back laughing at the consumers of both coolers and bathing in piles of money as a result of the **** show.
