    This Sunday I was in Canaan Valley State Park, WV. Did the Blackwater River Trail.
    Trail followed the headwaters of the Blackwater River.

    Went out hunting today and there was actually frost in the ground! Frost on the ground in Hawaii in August. My son and I both missed. Mine was the worst because I was leading a goat in my scope and when I fired the bugger stopped and the bullet impacted 4 inches ahead of it. Oh well, next time.

    weather wasn’t cooperating with our hunting plans today. Temps in the low 50s and swirling, gusty winds. We didn’t have a chance and came home empty handed. Every thing smelled us before we could see them close enough to make a difference. Nice hike though, glad we went.
