I have one. Really like the locking mechanism- as I always have. Blade shape is fantastic. Grip fits the hand very well. If I had to give any criticism, it would be that it's just a bit big for EDC, and the rubberized handle is hard to get in and out of your pocket. This is my general use camping knife.
Thanks for the response. I have the 162. I really like the s30v. I am not a huge folder fan, but have been wanting a folder in s30v. I liked the looks of the Ritter Grip, but never handled one. Then I saw this knife. It looks and sounds to be nice.
If you want s30v Benchmade offers a lot of options. I think the majority of their new models for 2017 have it. I bought a 940-2 last week and am thus far really happy with it.
I doubt you'll regret it. I don't know who the Osborne guy is that designed it, but he certainly knows what he is doing. As much as I didn't initially want to spend what it costs, if I lost it tomorrow I would buy another one asap and not think twice about it. And that's after only using it for a week.
