Safe vendors?

I don't EVER buy ebay or Amazon. Are the regular online vendors safe to purchase from? TKC had some decent prices on a 5 with some extras. I'm looking at getting a 5 and a junglas 2 to round out my stable. Thanks for any reply. Take good care all.
