There is a aluminum fab guy near me that makes aluminum farrier trailers that ship all over the world. Awesome workmanship. I have had him make custom tactical sliders for my Jeep and RAM as well as the local sheriff's Tahoe. I then have the foam cut to spec based on turn out gear you want in it from a shop in NC (that can all be done over the web). The foam is digitally cut and can incorporate images and logos. Will post some pics when I get home this evening.

This is the drawer that was made for my JK before it went away.

That JK rig looked exactly like what I had for the Wrangler, just no drawer and the swing gate provided the locked front. Very steak they and bolted into existing fitting just with longer bolts.

The drawer was short enough that you could reach behind it when fully extended and still access the indention storage area in the floor board.

I don't want to hijack the thread but @tangomike3 , how does the Carolina company custom cut your foam? You send them measurements or take pictures or what? I've wanted something that looks cleaner than what I do. I can never cut the foam in my pelican cases so that it looks good.

Jeff, you need a Negrini case. No sense going cheap.

I'd suggest Pelican for a hard case. I have a nice 511 Tactical soft case that has held up really well. I have to say some of those built ins shown above are impressive! Also, as mentioned above, a towel or blanket can make them less noticible to a thief walking by. Not bad thinking.
