    Nah, this is Pitchers Paige the intern. I think her name tag says Paige but I have a hard time finding it.

    On a side note, I used my cleaver this weekend to clean out some "brush" for a buddy. The "brush" turned out to be Sumac branches and now I need to remove a bunch of sticky sap from my blade.

    I did some work for a friend of a friend tonight and he sent me home with some tasty ribs. They were so tender the cleaver just pushed them apart.
