Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge, WV hike

    I went on a hike the day after Christmas at the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge in West Virginia. I started at the Beall Trail, to the newly created BlackWater View, then Sand Run, Cabin Mountain, South Glade Run, Middle Valley trail and back to the beginning. Overall it was 11.66 miles and took 5 hr 11 min.
