This is the carbon steel Camp Chef Lumberjack skillet. It's 20" across. Yes that's 20" across. Doesn't even fit in my oven. Covers the entire stove top.

But I didn't buy it for indoor cooking . I bought for cooking for friends over propane burners or coals.

I can't wait to cook a massive pile of spuds over a campfire

I have one and use it when we camp with friends. I love the fact that it's easier to pick up and move around than cast iron. I just wish the handle wasn't so ridiculously wide. Great campfire pan when you're cooking for a group.

So is your cooking surface a carbon steel? Or does it have some type of metal clad or teflon like coating? How is it for seasoning/cleaning/food sticking?

    About the weight of a 14 - 16" cast iron pan .

Here's a better photo showing size comparison. Small steel lodge skillet is 12" in diameter, the middle lodge cast iron pan is 16" in diameter and the knife is the Esee Avispa folder

Don't think I've ever encountered a skillet that large, WOW. We used to have a cast iron oblong one that fit perfect on a 2-burner Coleman stove used for fish fry's but even it wasn't nearly that large

That's huge. FYI , we've found some great deals on the larger Lodge cast iron at Marshalls/TJ Maxx.
