Anyone going to this class? I may end up being roped into going with some friends that think they have what it takes.

Looks like my buddy is wanting to take the class despite me telling him about the PT test, all the work and suckage. I told him he wont be one of the 20% as ill make sure death is preferable to quitting.

Would like to make a class this year. Funds and schedule dictate that.
This October class would be cool.
Love the description of the class..."food" and tools provided.
Jeff and Patrick are awesome cooks.
That creme brûlée last time was awesome. Topped only by the New York strip steak, baked potatoe, and strawberry cheesecake.

It would be cool to have a reunion of the nine.

We will be ready....I think lol

Still trying to decide which knife to bring. Not sure what to expect so it's hard to decide. Everything else is pretty much decided for you.

Bring the Bear Grylls knife. Leave your Esee's in the safe.

Esee knife would make it too easy.
BG knife would add another level of difficulty.

I need all the help I can get. The Gerber would be too much of a handicap.

I'm just kidding about the BG.
    Definitely need a good knife.
Definitely need to be in shape. Definitely need to embrace the suck factor.
