    Here is my Springfield TRP with recessed crowned barrel. I have had it it a few months now. As said earlier not my go too (I love my CZs ) but I’ve always wanted a 1911. Haven’t even shot it yet due to hand surgery in both hands but I’ve enjoyed looking at it.

    Recently I rented a Springfield armory trp and was surprised how well I shot it. Still not nice enough to warrant buying a 1911 though. I’d be the guy that forgets to take the safety off when o really needed it.
