The question is would they just do a limited run like most of their offerings, or create a steady supply
Pretty sure they'd be willing to do it on a production basis. But obviously that's their call to make.
Don't beat me up y'all... but a "Metric" version of the Wrat Wrench would be neat. It'd be real nice if you could design the metric version with a seatbelt/strap/rope cutter in place of the bottle opener and a phillips bit in place of the flathead. That way, if you paired the standard and metric Wrats in an EDC kit they could perform different functions. Although I realize the Wrat Wrench's intended use is for climbing activities, I love to carry it in my EDC pouch due to its super thin profile. It'd be great to have a metric version to pair with it.
Not sure if this has suggested but I would like to have a wharncliffe with an izula handle. Maybe a little longer blade than the izula. Since s35vn is in the works I would take that steel
Jimping on the HM models. Just did my own to the 4hm with needle files while watching TV. Makes a big difference for me.
That’s actually a great idea! The thing is there are plenty of cheap ULU’s out there BUT they are crap! Wouldn't need to be a big one. Just a smaller utility sized one would be cool
We try to stick with tools that fall within our areas of use and expertise. Ulus are not something we will likely ever produce just because we don't use them along with parangs and a lot of other cutting tools from around the world that we have no expertise in.) The Jungles sheath pouch. That idea came up years ago and because there were so many configurations we could do for that pouch we opted instead to produce a Molle Panel that bolted directly to the sheath and had horizontal Molle strapping top to bottom. That way a customer could choose whatever Molle pouch or other accessory they wanted from the market and slip it on there. The panel didn't sell well enough to keep it in production and so it went the way of the dodo a couple of years ago. We might revisit a regular pouch for the Junglas but it would be a limited production until we see the sales. We have found sewn goods a LOT harder to sell than the knives.) Mike
Proper boar spear, made by the folks who know how to do things right! Enough of the ill-aligned “hand forged” crap.
