    Guy came in our shop the other day and said he thought our purple and scratch bronze ZT0456 would look better if it had more bronze in it. I think he was 100% correct!

    How does it compare to a ZT 0620?. Same overall size weight and blade thickness?. I was tempted by one but am worried when everybody says its beefy, that it might not be a good slicer.

    I ordered a zt0620 but haven't received it yet, so I can't give an honest answer on comparing the two. I will say I've tried the zt0300 series and immediately sold it. Built like a tank but handled like one two. The Zt0909 is a big knife, but handles like a much smaller one. Flips very fast, and is remarkably nimble in the hand. I'll do a comparison soon and try to elaborate.
