Warbonnet Blackbird hammock: amazing to get such comfort in the wilderness

Zebralight H52 AA headlamp: has ability to either throw out big lumens or go with extremely long runtimes on ultra low modes.

    Esee 6: enough said

HPG heavy recon kit bag: great way to carry the basics while out bush

Scarpa boots: very comfortable and durable

*Spec Ops Brand "The Wallet" Jr. I've used different colored versions for going on probably 15 years.
    * Spec Ops Brand 1.25 inch "Better BDU belts. Use to walk through a
Metal detector atleast 100 times a day and these and CT boots made life SO much easier and just never gave them up :)
*Zebra brand F-701 pens I would feel confident stabbing someone In the throat or eye with these no question. That and the ones my wife uses get disinfected multiple times a day and they are one of the few that doesn't corrode under constant cleaning.
    * Otter Box Phone and IPad Cases Highly water resistant and kiddo proof enough said!
    * New Balance Walking or Merrel Hiking shoes. Depending on how the knees feel I swap back and forth between the 2 and I even feel comfortable taking the New balances out for a easy hike or adventure. Been wearing the Moab ventilators for probably 15 years( multiple different pairs) and have never thought of changing to anything else. Waterproof version in the winter and ventilated version during the summer.

    This is an outstanding thread

    Most used gear iteams
    1. osprey 30L pack. Carry a lot of stuff every day and everywhere

    2. Leatherman Charge TTI with full bit kit

    3. Esee Izula II with TKC scales. Wrapped in a RI typhoon sheath. My EDC necker.

    4. Olight S10R Baton II. My EDC light fir almost a year till I got into other lights this Christmas

    5. ZT0562CF with a Six Three Blade Worx scale of a blue shokwood. In my pocket almost everyday since April 7 of last year.

Very damn close 6 is the Creek Stewart fire kit with some firsteel.com upgrades. Carry it everyday in my osprey pack mostly cuz it really makes me happy. Not the most used but it's never ever failed Me. And Im a nut about fire.

I know it was Top 5 but a piece of gear that wasn't on my list but deserves a lot of recognition is my Big Agnes Fly Creek Ultralight 1 tent. That has has been with me for many years. All 4 seasons and quick to set up almost anywhere because of its narrow footprint. I'm especially lucky because Julia has one that doesn't get used so I have a backup if something should ever happen to mine.

I agree with Jeff on the Osprey Atmos 65. I had a first gen and is has seen so much use. Used it to its end. I miss that pack.

My grandfathers mummy bag. He carried it across and around several continents on his bike trips. He's been gone 15 years but the bag is still going strong and is with me every night outdoors.
