Not sure what the wild game laws are like in Canada, but if you bought it from a business, it's very likely not actually "wild." Where I live, there's lots of elk and bison and pronghorn and trout sold to the unsuspecting who envision that they are eating something that was running around Yellowstone last week. In fact, it's all farmed, and largely marketing. Truly wild animals are rarely fatty, in my experience.

Got out for a spin this afternoon. Although we've gotten so much snow in the last week, that a lot of our usual options are completely un-rideable right now. Still, it was nice to work the legs and get some fresh air:

It wouldn't be snow biking if you weren't walking now and then...

I've re-worked my bush pack from 23 to 18 lbs. trying to spend 2-3 hours a day wearing it.....the neighbors just smile and wave when I go to the mailbox. People in Tx are soooo friendly. :D

Edit: I notice that the items pic is slightly hard to see, old skool cell camera ;) if you want to know something just give me a location and ask away.

There might be a reason the Infinite put us on the earth so far apart...2-3 of us get together and there would always be something, "over that ridge", "down that valley", "past those trees" that we would just have to go see....we'd wander off into the bush and never find our way out again. ;)

Also got a visit from the sheriff's Dept, got served with a 123 page summons. One of the insurance companies for one of the businesses that caused my injuries is trying to counter sue me  WTF.
