Thanks Scott. Ordered Thursday and received Monday and there was a holiday in there. Adding to the Hinderer pack. Can't have just one. Scott always sticks a little surprise in there. Just nice and considerate folks that really run a quality business. The SAK didn't come from Scott. Got that based on the opinion of a kindly gentleman that did a lot of talking and demos at the open house. Rumor has it that he is an awesome cook.
