You've claimed no fraud and that you've sent shipping info multiple times now. I'm asking the people if they got their items. You have lost all credibility when you have used bogus reasons for shipping delays and revamping your business, yet continue to sell the same items with the same "discount" code.
My reasons for my delays are real and factual I am trying to correct this and wrap this up the best way I possibly can. I truly understand where you are coming from however what's occurred literally makes me sick I hate all of this happened but I will correct all of this
Again, same story with no explanation. Why are you still selling these knives when you can't source the ones you already have orders for? Why did your week long coupon (to get rid of extra stock) continue to last months? It is literally still active right now.
I wonder how many other people ordered that aren't part of this forum and are also getting the runaround. Also, if it makes you literally sick, please tell me you're not taking orders on the same items you can't deliver currently.
As an update, I've been told three times I'd be receiving tracking info. Once in December, again in January, and once again a few weeks back, when I was also told to expect delivery the following Tuesday. None of the above has occurred.
Screwed over again here. Got a pre-shipment tracking number on 2/2 that still has not been updated yet.
I'm guessing that anyone who did receive knives, received drop shipped knives purchased with stolen credit cards. Did he have a method of payment other than paypal?
Curious when the last person received anything from UEW? I have gotten the same emails stating that my items would be shipped "this week" and don't even get any tracking numbers anymore. I am still waiting on the majority of my knives ordered in October....I get it, I feel like a dumb ass and it has gone on far too long. If it comes down to it I am doubly protected by my card and paypal. I prefer to get what I purchased but it is looking like the time for a claim is coming soon.
For the remaining customers refunds are open at any point for outstanding items we will automatically refund after a week for outstanding items and if delivery is not in progress
Since this issue has been so ongoing and I see that everyone believes we are committing some form of fraud or scam which I do understand why that is being thrown out outstanding orders will be refunded to the remaining customers there is one customer whom I will contact with tracking whose order is out however as of today
Not being a douchebag but for the guys that have had orders open for 6 months (?) what did you expect. This Alan guy is an absolute flake. I realized it off the bat as did some others. After promise of tracking on multiple occasions I Took my refund early thankfully. Not trying to kick an anthill but Bernie madoff is a decent description for uew..take the refund and chalk it up as a learning experience.
