Glad you got your refund. I got another voluntary email from Alan this evening letting me know that he was sending me one more order and then refunding the rest through PayPal. The facts for those who care, I have had two people message and ask why I would continue to deal with the guy knowing how this has played out. I think a lot of members placed repeat orders, I only ordered once. I would have ordered more if it would have worked out but wasn't foolish enough to order more before I got my first order in entirety. My original and only order was placed October 17th of 2016. I did place a large order (20) knives, $980.00 total. I have to date received less than 1/2 of that order. I have exactly 104 emails between myself and Alan. Around 40% are from him and of those only about 5 were voluntary and not reply's to my emails. I have spoke to PayPal and my bank numerous times to make sure I am covered on this and I am covered by both until April 15th. Worst case I file a claim and it's over. I do have faith that Alan will make this right and I do feel like he is trying. That isn't enough to make me ever do any business with him or this company again. The savings I got on the knives has long ago been lost in the amount of time I have invested in this mess. As I stated in my previous post, I will post again when this has been resolved. Fair is fair, we all know Alan is a terrible business person, but there is a big difference between being bad at business and being a crook.
To me, this is a classic case of: "if it's too good to be true, it probably is". Even if all of you get taken care of (which I sincerely hope happens), I still believe stolen goods/funds are part of this puzzle. "Alan" is working with you because he has more to lose on bad reputation than he does to gain by keeping a few forum members money. He's playing the long game.

I got my refund as well. It's a shame the whole situation got so far gone. But I got my money back so I'll keep a positive attitude once our remaining members are taken care of.
