i quit smoking cigars a few years ago and i miss it tremendously. never got into pipes.. i honestly think they would be 100% more enjoyable (and harder to quit) than the cigars were!
I just picked up their new maduro, can't wait to try it. The original is one of,my favorite coffee cigars.
give e a few days...need to go into the pipe and tobacco vault and get photos. i got a few Brigham pipes, a custom silver banded churchwarden from Germany, a gourd & meerschaum Sherlock Holmes pipe, buncha others including my favorites,a couple of corncobs. tins of tobacco, ranging from kentucky to perique and everything in between, including the classic Captain Black in the white pouch ....<its the ladykiller.....they love the room note and lingering vanilla/chocolate odor on my clothes.
I have a pipe and pull it out a couple times a year. Still haven't figured out how to keep it lit. I don't know if I'm packing the bowl too tight or not enough!
I love you man....your awesome! fyi, that silver banded Bjarnes churchwarden, was like a months wages....
well, i thought it was fitting, to smoke the last cigar.....from the box the ex GF had bought for me a couple years ago. I thought it was only fitting to smoke the last cigar, while washing the jeep, a purchase i had made , mucho great dollars to me, to benefit her and her kids, so we could all go camping. We all know the outcome of that BS... ive been holding onto this last cigar for three years........always keeping the humidity levels right. But it was time to smoke it. Just couldn't light it up.....until today. so tonight, i opened that wonderful cedar box, once last time, pulled out the last cuban cigar, cut the end and lit it up. I cranked up Angelo Badalamenti - Soundtrack from Twin Peaks........LOUD! best cigar ever. Ended an era with the old...... .....and started a new era, with the girl from the wood waste recycling depot that I tip a lot of my truck loads at. She is the scalemaster and is quite funny and sarcastic. And she admitted tonight that she really likes me.
