I'm sure someone has mentioned it before, but I'd like to see an ESEE saw. As much as I enjoy whacking a piece of log with a chopper, when calories and wood counts, I think a saw is the most efficient way to go.

That's the first hest to peak my interest. That I would definitely buy.

I wish ESEE made their own brand of whisky.
Then I could drunk-buy more ESEE knives.

A "kidnapping for survival situation" service. I have been dramatically out of the loop of outdoors survival since moving to California. I do love a challenge. It would be sweet if Jeff and crew could snatch me up and dump me somewhere unknown and say "have at it". I'm not looking to live in the location but to make it out and back to my couch. That would be cool.

That sounds like fun. What do you think, no gear at all or just whatever you have on you when picked up? Let folks choose the option beforehand?

When was the last time anyone mentioned the ESEE folder? Because that's all I really care to see at this point.

Carry an ESEE folder every day, wish there was a US made version but honestly that is the only fault I can find in the knife.

We've been waiting for a real ESEE folder for like, 30 years.

What makes the Zancudo not an ESEE folder? Did they get their logo ripped off? Seriously what is the story on this knife, I realize ESEE does not list it on their site.
I might not be a "real" knife aficionado but that thing is the best pocket knife I have ever owned. It stays sharp, locks up tight, is lightweight but stout, and was inexpensive enough I don't mind handing it to someone on the job site for whatever task is at hand.

It's just a long running joke on the ESEE forums. There have been plans and several prototypes for a US made folder that have sparked excitement but for reasons one has not been produced. Jeff and Mike designed the Zancudo, Avispa (?), RAT 1 & 2 folders and they are offered by other companies (Blue Ridge knives and Ontario).

The Zancudo is an ESEE designed folder, it's just not the long awaited ESEE Folder.
