I understand that there are folks who do not like the scale profile. Personally, I have never had issues with this type of tread. I actually like it better because there is more material to customize to your own tastes. Some sandpaper and a file will make even the most critical user appreciate the format.
Uh, isn't that the 4? I'm guessing you were being a little sarcastic. I'll buy anything with Patrick's name on it! I'd like to try an ESEE 5 Lite - same everything but in 1/8 thickness.
Come on @Zeek you know that's funny. Laverne & Shirley............... I mean Jeff & mike won't punish you for liking it
Why does Patrick keep sending me snap chat pics of turds in the woods? Every year the forums get stranger and stranger. I miss the good ole days when Mike would send me nudz on my space.
I have the Rocky Mountain tread on a LT Wright Next Gen and a James Gibson modified Nesmuk. I have never had any issues such as hot spots. I can't wait to get my hands on the PR 4 .

I wonder who owns that Luger. Even as an adult, I still sit around in the woods and think about what it was like to explore this region even 100 years ago. East TN, western NC and SW Va (tri-state) terrain is phenomenal.
Probably gotta go back way before the Civil War to enjoy that. Before the original woods were all cut down.
It really wasn't that bad here from what I have been told. Somewhere, I posted some pics of loggers during that era. To say that working conditions were not OSHA compliant is a bit of an understatement.
