Sunny day in the Bighorns

    We had awesome weather this past weekend so the mrs and I head up to try out some snowshoes we got. The results were mixed but it was still a fun day.

    We ended up playing around on/around a maintained trail.


    I'm not sure what I was up to here. I believe I was checking for landmines.

    Here I am about to attempt a very dangerous crossing of a barbed wire fence.

    Poetry in motion right there, folks. :)

    The next two are a couple pics taken on the trip back down. My embedded photo journalist was too busy watching baby videos on facebook on the trip up to get any pics.

    yeah, I'd guess somewhere between 3 and 4. deep enough that having no base really sucked if you broke through.
