RV is a 2016 Itasca (Winnebago) Navion. Mercedes 3500 Sprinter chassis. 6 cylinder turbo diesel. 16 mpg average. 25.5 feet. We have put 27K miles on it. Typical trips are 1-6 weeks.
Got these babies being delivered tomorrow afternoon. They'll be on before the weekend and I can get some woods time under the belt with the Supermoto.
Thanks for the RV photos, I love seeing the different interior layouts, one day I'll have to get one!
Great for extended travel. Not great for record speed. Nice to have a bathroom close at hand, and food without being subject to living out of a cooler or dining out. Self contained with a generator and sufficient water hence we can boondock for a few days. We went the small and maneuverable route so we don't tow a vehicle. I think there are four floor plans that Winnebago does. Many manufacturers now doing class B and C on Mercedes chassis.
Thanks man. They're Avon's newest tire so there are no reviews out yet but I'll be writing one for sure.
No mods Bushman. In 2015 Winnebago made some changes to their "J" floor plan and lengthened from 24 to 25.5 feet. We did order it with a few options. Factory mods I guess. It starts its life as a 3500 Sprinter 170 inch wheel base. Shipped to the US from Germany then up fitted. There are some nice 4x4 Sprinters out there now. Stock and tricked. The above in 4x4 is you.
