Yeah, she’s always wanted a purple vehicle. So I surprised her with the Jeep for her birthday. She loves it.

Dave I posted some pics of your truck in another thread on here from SMKW. I will try and find them..
I would like one of these one day. Very pleasing lines, aggressive look, useful truck bed area, proven yota axles, drivetrain.
found this old photos tonight looking thru Dad's photo album. I no longer have this.......I bought this from an old man for the whopping sum of $100 CAD back in my early 20's. My Dad and his students at the time did all the bodywork resto and 5 layers of primer. It was about to go to get 10 layers of deep red paint. 307 engine with 305 heads, Holley Dominator carb, Comp Cams custom ground lumpy cam, Kieth Black pistons, MSD Ignition (coil, wires, spark box and rev limiter control), Posi-Traction rear end, Forged aftermarket 327 crankshaft, forged i beam con rods, Comp Cams roller rockers......i could on........I put a LOT of miles on that car some piece of loser drunk kid rear ended me at a stop light. Sent that 5000+ lb '71 chevelle over 75 feet forward. Insurance wrote it off, i got a whopping $1300 for it. that thing was fast and LOUD, i went thru rear tires liek you wouldn't believe. Miss the old beast.
2019 Peterbilt, 10 T tandem roll-off. Our newest truck, sadly not mine but I drive it frequently when my co-worker is off shift. (i know i know, its not an overland vehicle, but it is an over-road vehicle )
What a beast! My first cross country trip was with my uncle in his owner/oper rig. Since then Ive always been in awe of them.
