I did have a hiccup up here with Canada Post , the parcel tracking indicated delivery on Oct 11th. By Oct 14 th I was getting antsy, possibly a neighbour had received it by mistake, they often sign and hold parcels for me...checked with them ,nope. Checked the next building over , nope. Used the building master key to open the mailbox slots checked all the boxes, nope...... I filed a ticket with Canada Post , that went nowhere. (Horrible website). Was about to write it off as a pilfered parcel , but today the postal dude handed a parcel to me with a handwritten apology , and he apologized in person. He had a lot of parcels to our building on the 11th, and marked all the buildings parcels as delivered. Except he accidentally left my parcel in the truck. On the 16th , he noticed the parcel behind the partition in the postal van. Came by on his day off to hand deliver it!
