    Got all fancy the other night and did shrimp Alfredo with zucchini noodles, used the last of the REH so now to order another 6er.

    How are the zucchini noodles? I’m dabbling in the paleo diet. I’m struggling to give up pasta and bread though.

    They are great but you have to experiment on how to cook them to keep them from falling apart.

    Later add ramen and spoonfuls of spam with REH seasoning.

    Try to make fire with that days harvested materials. Fail for an hour. Try and use ferro rod. Fail. Use lighter. Make fire big by using incrementally larger sticks and splits using a tomahawk.

    Find dog water jug in dog pack. Add 4 cups of water to pot. Realize there is dirt in pot. Pick out dirt and sticks. Make tripod and pot hanger. Have dog run into one side knocking it down once. Fire should be good and moving. Lower pot 4.535" above flame using a digital caliper. Take out knife and make a pot checker stick. Yell at dog for digging holes. Check pot several times. When boiling add some water to coffee cup of espresso powder. Add 2 cups more water and put back on fire. Enjoy espresso. Seriously enjoy it. You tried for an hour with wet materials (its been rainy lately) to get a fire started youve earned it. Check pot more often as it will be hotter than before and boil faster. When boiling add ramen noodles and put lid back on for the time it takes to yell at dog for knocking down the tripod again. Pet dog for being so damn cute even when she knocks your stuff over. Pick out stick and dirt from pot that dog knocked in. Stir noodles. Take spam can and open it up. Use spoon to scoop 35 grams of spam out at a time into water and noodles. When done add a metric fecal ton of REH survival seasoning. Stir and enjoy while dog lays by you and the fire.
