    FORGED CARBON FIBER:

ULTRA LIGHT, ULTRA STRONG, ULTRA COOL. This is the same technology used on hyper cars, luxury sports watches and aerospace components. This is the WORLD'S FIRST FORGED "UP-CYCLED"CARBON FIBER belt buckle! Totally sustainable!

    HOW IT'S MADE

FORGED CARBON FIBER: Formed under a pressure of 32,000 PSI and a temp. of 310 degrees F, this is the WORLD'S FIRST FORGED CARBON FIBER buckle!

    Patented design!

UNIQUE LOOK: Random fiber placement in the forging process gives each buckle a unique pattern while maintaining uniform strength & dimensional accuracy.

I was wondering. I thought it might be pressed, or I thought maybe it was hammered into a powder and recycled.

I was using their regular BDU belt for years and it’s been great but I’ve never tried one of their belts with the slightly stretchy material.
Plus with the forged carbon fiber buckle I couldn’t resist. It’s slightly more confortable than the regular BDU belt and I hope it lasts a few years.

A little smaller than I wanted but I'm not complaining. Very high quality Lodge cast iron corn wedge pan. Might just have to order a few more....would be good pans for making rice crispy wedges or giant chocolate brownie wedges

Not a purchase but freebies! Found multiple expired product olive jugs in one of our roll off bins at a commercial warehouse.

Drained the contents, soaked the jugs in hot soapy water and washed the jugs clean. Will need to drop a pool shock chlorine puck into each one and fill with hot water, let it soak a week , to kill the olive smell.

these small HDPE jugs are AWESOME for carrying grains, oats, rice, pasta etc while canoeing or hiking or truck camping. Plus the rounded edges don't abrade thru a ruck like square containers.

I should have grabbed all of the full jugs (there was 8 total) but had no room in the work truck

It wasn’t a purchase but a trade with my friend. It’s the Victorinox Swisstool BS.

A pair of Steiner "8x22 Champ" binoculars.

    https://www.steiner-optics.com/legacy-products/champ-8x22

....my 8x30R Steiners (this is the current equivalent https://www.steiner-defense.com/binoculars/military/m830r-military-8x30r about $1900 to replace) have, after 26yrs of use, gone back to the Fatherland for a new set of clothes, clean and re-gas. Unfortunately turn around with shipping each way etc is at or above 6 months. Have wanted a set of "Pocket Binos" for a bit and of a value I can leave them in the Landcrusier and not worry if they are stolen. Got this set (guessing an unwanted gift) from ePrey in an auction ending 1 Jan for less than 2/3 retail here delivered. Looking through them they seem clear enough. Not in the same league as my other set but these will be OK till they are back.

79380CA0-02B2-414C-B530-8740BD6BA20C.jpeg View attachment 75220 I got the red led Stylus model in a few days ago. I wanted a light for when I didn’t wanna draw a lot of attention to myself. I thought it was 2 lumen but it is brighter than I had hoped. Size wise it seems overly built when a single cr123a in a compact fat light body would have worked. Have you guys got a light for your ninja night work? These are my first use of Streamlight brand and have bought all 3 in the last 6 months. I’m pleased other than size of stylus.

I like my fenix hl55 headlamp . Has a nice low lumen and red light also . In the city edc I've been carrying an olight Open2 pro. Or a fenix RC09 if I expect to need it.

The UC40 and later v1 RC35 have kept work tasks lit up for years and years no issues same battery. Doing rewire interior cable work and running lines a good light is your most used tool constantly fishing above drop ceilings etc they would easily get 4-6 hours use daily

@Lost-n-the-woods , you need a Guardian Angel Devices light!

low low low red led for covert use, full on strobe mode in whatever colour combo you choose, SOS mode , steady on for area illumination, multiple mounting options.
