    I just bought a 2017 F150 and I am right at $400 a month.

I’ll pay more than that a month, but they didn’t need to know that going into it.

Damn man, I knew Jersey was expensive, but damn! I'm pretty conservative with monthly payments. Right now I can pay my mortgage, truck payment, and utilities on two weeks pay. Any more than that and I get twitchy. Plus I hate working OT so keeping my budget 40 hour friendly is priority ;)

Bro my taxes are $10k a year and that’s not even bad for my area. Multiple neighbors on my block are close to $20k a year. It’s disgusting.

Our mortgage is right around $1200 per month including insurance and property taxes.

2000 sqft house that isn’t very old.

Would be even less if we weren’t in the middle of hail and tornado alley.

The one that kills me is the fact that daycare costs about the same amount.....

Good call, I didn’t consider that. It seems the used car market around here is just back to the pre “cash for clunkers” program from 2009.

Ok you made me feel better about south Louisiana, at least where taxes are concerned. We have about the highest sales tax in the country. Mortgage rates are ridiculous on the southern half the state due to higher oil field salaries.

And you live in the country of cheap cars :D
Here a VW Golf would cost more than 30000 $, not to mention anything like a large SUV or truck. Insane prices.

Just got these two at 50% discount. I don't really need them, but the price was too good to resist.

Good lord. My mortgage is just under $1200 including taxes and insurance. My house is 1700 square feet not including the finished basement, and on 2.5 acres. Ohio isn't very glamorous, but I think its one of the best bang for your buck states when you factor wages vs cost of living.

3300 with taxes and insurance. 1600 square foot ranch plus basement, 4 car attached garage on 1.02 acres. Horrible for the money compared to other places BUT you know what Ironworkers make out here and my wife makes damn near what I do.

I guess taxachusetts isn’t that bad I’m at 2000sf with 29 acres and I’m at like 6k a year for taxes.
Part of it is an Old ass house but I’ll. Be starting the 30x30 addition next month! So it will make the house like new again.

I got them at a local outdoors store in Bulgaria.

Here is my newest purchase - 2014 Buck 110, 50th anniversary edition. It is the best built 110 I have seen, better than one custom shop knife that I handled a while ago.

Coleman Telluride 100 sleeping bag. I will test it in a few days, on a 2 days fishing / camping trip.

I got this bad boy today - 2x11 SLX, Manitou air shock with 4" of travel and tubeless tyres. It will be a fun XC hardtail and an all-around bike.

    Finally!
What a great improvement over the regular 3 if you have larger hands.
The leather sheath is loose so I will need to wet form it. They didn't have kydex here.
The knife is great, the sheath isn't but the price was OK compared to ordering it with a kydex from abroad.

Absolutely the best steel I have used on a folder.
I did a mistake some time ago when I sold my Recon1. This one will stay.
