I'm interested in making my own pasta. How difficult is it? It is better to hand crank or get the kitchen aid attachment if you already have a stand mixer?

Ive heard the attachment is nice but have no first hand knowledge of it. The hand crank is home to me and i really hate noises so thats another reason i did what i did. Seriously hate noise... id rather use and axe than a chainsaw.

Love crocs. A few years ago you wouldn't catch me dead in a pair. My girlfriend talked me into buying a pair at their outlet store. Haven't looked back. Ugly as sin, but great to just slip on for quick trips out and about, or on the boat.

I talked crap about them forever, then grabbed a pair one day to wear around the house after my physical therapist recommended it for an injury.

I still won't wear them out of my yard, but they are very comfortable "house slippers".

I need to get me some more crocs, they are the best fishing shoes I have ever used.

I tossed mine away before I got a boat, now I regret it....

Where is @Mudman? I know he gets a discount at the crocs factory.

Good stuff. I see that you went with the 180. I got Julia the 150 for Christmas along with ravioli molds, drying rack and other pasta trinkets. Her mother has always had the 150 so I went with what she is use to. Good time Good food to come.

Im not sure what my mom had but it was likely a 150 too. Still have to get the molds for ravioli and was pondering making a drying rack myself.

On one hand the drying rack can be cheap to buy but on the other hand it can be very cheap and simple to make.
I got her one that is just a vertical wood dowel with holes at various spots for smaller dowels to slide thru horizontally.
I'm super excited to make some kickass ravioli's. Large and stuffed with some excellent things. I'm thinking of Braised Short Ribs w/some peas and carrots as a first try.

I don't have the newest version, but I really like my Storm.
I use it hard and it hasn't given me any problems yet.
