Full synthetic oil change for the welding rig. The V10 has to last me a while so it gets treated right.

Received my Hamilton watch today, and decided that the jumping second hand of a quartz was going to drive me crazy. I went ahead and ordered another Khaki with an automatic movement, and will return the other. Still couldn't stomach the price of the black PVD auto, but I found a reasonably priced auto that I still like a lot.

    Here's what I went with.

Those cheap ferro rods are actually pretty good. I lit many fires with one of those before I put a custom handle on it, and several since.

That's what I do with them a lot too. I enjoy making custom handles, and these cheap rods perform just as well as most of the more expensive ones I own.

Just received a "Hadron" AIWB holster from Mastermind Tactics, with a foam wedge and 'belt claw' attachment, and right out of the box it is the most comfortable IWB holster I've used for my Shield. The foam wedge and claw really do what they claim - the pistol stays very tucked in - much more so than other options I've used without these features. Excellent product for a reasonable price.

Just received my new Frogg Toggs Pilot II guide pants/waist waders. Also got a pair of Korkers Buckskin wading boots and a new Redington Vice fly combo (6 weight). Needless to say I’m going fly fishing this weekend.

It feels pretty good. I can only feel the teeth on the tips of my fingers when holding it in the hammer grip, but that's not an issue.

Well, I decided to try it out some and after about 5 minutes of feather sticking and bearing down on it, it actually started to bite into my hand. Unless you have really calloused hands, I can't see this as a long term use knife unless you use it for light duties.

It does for sure, and sanding would probably help, but I don't want to ruin the finish either. Mine is for sale if you want one lol.
