I get mine from a local roaster, Daily Java. I generally like African beans. I do like strong coffee, but I can drink the drip or pour over stuff. I have an espresso machine and yes I can make a magnificent Latte. I also put bourbon in my espresso and make Irish coffee. I go through phases of Cuban coffee and occasionally make Turkish usually with a little cardoman. I looked all over Eastern Europe for a quality Turkish grinder. Despit popular belief can drink a 10oz cup of Turkish.I know a few Albanians here that would kill for that grinder. If I were as adventurous and crafty as some of you fellows I would roast my own beans in a cast iron skillet.
Sorry forgot my main point. The roaster has nothing to do with the strength of the coffee. Dark roasted coffee may taste more bitter but it is has slightly less caffeine. Does Matt Best promote Bullet Proof. I don’t know him personally but he has some funny videos.
A lot of comments about BRCC. Has everyone seen their "Quarantine" vid ? https://www.tactical-life.com/lifes...DOBN4TKIxv46AAmYjEpdEoUTqQEMdnkRmYAbm3OwEN0mU
I’ve posted this before, but I blend my own from 1/3 of each: Medium Dark, Dark, and CdM (for the Chicory). No milk - “Coffee black, whiskey straight.”
Yeah, oddly enough. There’s a local supermarket that carries it. If they stop, I’ll order it from the source. Need to add it to the grocery list.
