That's a sick knife what is it?

 

Bark River Grizzly. It's a collaboration with Peter Kohler of Dark Timber Kives. Peter designed it.

Ever use it yet? I got one for Christmas, and still haven't used it yet.

 

Not yet. I only got it last week.
I still need to sharpen it. It is dull as hell otb

I liked that knife ever since I saw Matt Graham's on Dual Survival. It's obviously very versatile.

 

@Majord that Grizzly is beautiful. That's the first I've seen of them. How is it in the hand?

 

I just got it a few days ago. It feels fantastic in hand. It's light and quick for such a large blade. It will make a great camp knife. The tapered fuller really pops on this blade. Bark River made 300 in the initial run. They were sold out in just a few hours. I believe they will be making another run but it probably wont be for a few months.

That certainly is extensive. I may pick one up one day just to mess with.

 

They also make them in carbon steel now.

 

Just added the Sagewood dangler to help with the altitude issue with these knife sheaths. It's good to finally be home so I can use this damn knife.

 

What is the hole for?

 

I wish I still had this one. I sent it back after a couple of weeks because of a gap between bolster and handle. The price on these things have gotten stupid, so I'll most likely wont have another.

 

I love this knife. It doesn't look this clean and pretty anymore.
