For sure. Tomorrow for me is fresh brussel sprouts in the oven with olive oil and fresh garlic, grilled onions and baby bellas, BBQ chicken, and a couple venison burgers. Getting some use out of this grill for sure. Also gonna make some stuffed jalapenos and throw them over the coals too.
Got 9 Brussels sprout planted and growing strong! I will be grilling those little cabbage lookalikes!!
Anybody got a recipe for some Asian wings or Asian food in general? I got soy sauce, chili oil, sesame oil, fresh ginger, red pepper flake, scallions, fresh garlic, and cracked black pepper all mixed up to my own taste and marinating some chicken. (On the left). In the tray is the other half of a 5lb package of breasts all split and doused in Smokey C's and then coated in some BBQ sauce. They'll sit until about 6 tonight when the coals are hot enough to cook em up.
Check out this video from the Brothers Green guys. Will give you a solid foundation of what flavoring would work for your wings
Brined a whole bird for 27hrs or so in water, salt, sugar, garlic, minced onion (dried), and some spices. Found out this little nifty trick from the Weber. Allows me to keep loading the offset charcoal boxes without removing the entire grate and disturbing the meal. Royal Oak and hickory is all it needs for the next few hours. The "beer can" in the middle is full of of Hopscape and so is my belly . Veggies will be added in a few. Coated in Smokey C's of course @RedEyedHog.
Brussels and baby bellas are on after being coated in olive oil. Down to the last hour I believe. Gunner trying to figure out a raw brussel sprout.
We're getting out of the sticker business for a while. Getting into the Sillipint business. You all will benefit from it
