Grilled these ribs a couple of weeks ago. They turned out great. They were the pre-seasoned, Costco ribs.
Traeger will always be a part of my culinary life now. Meat Church rubs are epic. Traeger BBQ sauces are amazing. Here’s a few from the last month since I’ve logged in. That brisket is a Wagyu- easily the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. I can’t afford a $170 brisket all the time or even once a month, but on special occasions I’ll be ordering one.. it was that good.
From the other night. The Smokey C’s white sauce was def better than this one but I’ll use what I have.
It gets olive oil salt pepper and garlic powder before the grill. Only gets grilled on the cut face. When it’s done it receives Parmesan, crumbled bleu cheese, and tonight was Caesar dressing. We do bleu cheese dressing or ranch sometimes too.
