Need walkie talkie recommendation

Actually I use Midlands for Outdoor-Training and other stuff. The price is okay and the things can do what Walkie-Talkies can do....

Does anyone here use headsets on Walkie Talkies?

 

Those Arcshells I ended up getting have done well so far. They came with ear pieces/mics but I haven't tried them out yet. I'll give them a go next visit to the Ranch. Do you use a headset with your Midlands?
