I grew up in the 80’s and my favorite movies came from that time period.

I know all about The Goonies, E.T., The Last Star Fighter, The Manhattan Project, etc. But I know there are tons out there. Anyone have any good recommendations in the action/adventure or survival/end of times type movies?

He is too modest to tell others that the movie was based on his life story.
