I'm late to this party -- I'm always late to parties, if I know they exist at all -- because I've been in the woods out back with my knives and catapults so much that I haven't been paying attention here ... etc, etc, et freaking cetera. Some tough acts to follow here -- Here are my first two entries, shot on Cinco de Mayo, '18. My bushcraft gear test area and catapult range, 75 yds south of my studio window. No knives visible, but they were there. I won't post more until I've viewed all posts upstream. (I haven't yet -- only a few ... so this is just a place-holder while I eat my philly steak and cheese in base camp). More soon. Conceivably way more. Nice thread. Oh, BTW -- what are the criteria for 100K points? And what do we win for 100k pts?
100000 points! Everyone is a winner in my mind. There is no criteria. Its just how many zero's my fingers type.
Took my boy with me to do some knife pictures the other day. Saw a bunch of tiny creatures, heard a bunch of birds, and even got a little to close to a couple deer. Fun outing and he even stopped talking for a whole two minutes while he ate muffins on the log haha.... Almost forgot the mandatory chucking rocks in the river
HHAHAHAHAHAHA this is the best pic ever......you two are so cheeky looking. I can't wait to see him with your beard....twins...LOL http://eseeknives.com/forums/index.php?attachments/img_20180508_192305_386-jpg.26610/
May is off to a good start. Just got back from an 8-1/2 day, 360-mile, self supported bike trip in some of the most remote country that Oregon/Nevada have to offer.
Yes that is some brilliant stuff......upsetting some bastage seems to have stolen the engines out of your motorcycles though... !!
Not to derail this thread, but I am very interested in bikepacking and the gear associated with it. Would you elaborate on this trip in another thread. Back to our regularly schedule thread now.
Went out to find a stick, ended up hiking/walking/jogging for about 10km... Link to thread: http://eseeknives.com/forums/index.php?threads/hike-jogging-in-the-rain.7169/
