.....tried that and they look at me funny. If we are out there is lots of shade and water that is out of the sun. Inside they honestly prefer water just out of the tap....more so if you deliver a "special bowl" of it to them ----they act like it is Christmas. They are also clipped short in summer.
After @BlueDogScout 's thread I was already a bit choked up, and then Facebook Memories pops up with this picture of our old girl Moxie. We lost her 2 years ago to a really freak accident. Not a day goes by that I don't miss her. Yes, she's covered in horse **** haha, that was her favorite perfume. This picture of this damn duck showed up in my Memories too. I haven't found a duck since then that would let me pick it up and hold it like she would.

Well Duke is doing his best three legged hobble. He split a toenail and had to have it removed. Unfortunately he's so anxious when getting his nails cut we have to sedate him. Poor guy wasn't enjoying his day much once I picked him up.
My baby... She's 11 and going strong, thank God. After a hot day she curls up next to the A/C vent. What a life. Don't know what I'd do without her.
