    Scrap material from a local company, it's actually food safe polypropylene. Same as what's used for commercial cutting boards.

    Cutting boards are typically high density polyethylene (HDPE) but food-grade plastic barrels are usually polypropylene. :)

    It's food safe poly, comes in large sheets that they make holding tanks out of.
    Also worked perfectly for the front panel of my restored Kennedy tool box.
