I know most, if not all, of the classes work through lunch so I was just wondering what people tend to bring along for the "working lunch"? I'm assuming packing a nice picnic and gingham table cloth is not the right course of action. :D

Something that doesn’t take a whole lot of preparation.
I prefer a cold sandwich which I wrap in a shirt to keep cold. Or cold pizza would also be a good option.
I am not sure what class your going for but at bushcraft there will likely be a constant fire going that could likely utilized.
I would say think “high school lunch” with no microwave..

Thanks for the input! It’s the paren/child class next weekend. I was thinking maybe grabbing a loaf of bread some peanut butter and a jar of jelly at the Piggly Wiggly and stuff it all in my bag.

Excellent course for children and adults. Carry water and snacks. We typically cook in the evening.
