What a catch
^^ Nice Stonewashed finish. ^^
How well do you feel the Damascus izzy holds up to corrosion vs the 1095?
My new Izzy!
Honestly. I feel it has held up better. My Damascus Izzy has been heavily in my rotation since December 2012. I’ve only had to tend to it maybe twice in that regard.
Gave Izzy a beating today batoning some kindling for tonight's fire. She passed with flying colors.
Yes!!! Use that knife!!!
I didn't buy it to look at lol. I know a lot of people do, and I can't wrap my head around that.
I stripped the blade on my Izzy, and put my famous convex mirror edge on it. This is what you do when you're retired
Come on people, am I the only one going to post? Must get boring seeing my Izzy.
Making kindling again for our Friday night fire. The Izzy made some crazy fine curls. I'm really digging this little knife. I've been using it for everything since I got it, and it hasn't left my belt. It rides crossdraw at 11:00
I've got to make more of an effort to use my izzy's. I picked up a jg3 that sort of dethroned them, so now they're just kind of socked away in various packs and vests.
@Knifehunt the patina on that blade is coming along nicely!!
Splitting out a few sticks of fatwood with my 10 year old Izzy.
