Thanks for the reply, I was thinking of being able to carry both hydro bladder and canteens. What about Nagalene bottles with nesting cups like the toaks 750?

I feel like I have heard the cup won't fit, but I am having a hard time finding anyone talking about it online. Maybe someone else here has tried it?

    Pics taken from net. :)
#1 is an Unlimbi (sp ? ) You can clearly see the pot outline on the bottom of the nag. The canteen is unknown/ can't tell.
#2 is tarahumara. It seem the canteen alone will fit but does not appear you could get anything else in that pocket.

I'm wondering if I did that and made a kydex sheath for my machete, how well would "scout" work or some other method that allows for easy draw and sheathing. Otherwise might just copy you and put med supplies there

e Recon Harness kind of form fits to your back so I'm not sure how attaching something long and rigid to it would feel on your back.

Even if one were to use soft loops? Though I guess it would be a nightmare to resheath

    Two of my setups.

I added FirstSpear tubes to my HRKBs, and Recon Harness. It allows quick removal (30 seconds) to go from lightweight to Recon Harness.

Another setup with a Spiritus Systems chest rig (used for Hog hunting when I'm away from my pack).

I just ordered 25 of these for the shop. Or maybe 24 for the shop and 1 for me. Pretty sure Evan hasn't finalized the design and I have no idea what it costs, but money's no object, right?

Should be soon! I heard HPG is adding some angled PALS to the front because Jeff Randall wanted the ability to mount a radio.

Also, I just got off the phone with FirstSpear and there is currently an industry wide shortage of Ranger Green fabric. FS qouted me Sepetember at the earliest for a backorder I have. This will effect Hill People as FS does all of their stitching.

If anyone wants a RG kitbag or pack for this summer... order it ASAP.

Apologies to all the HPG folks. I recently took a part time job (so much for the golden years haha) that has me on a riding mower and a Deere Gator cart most of my time on the job. You folks all gave me a great idea that a chest rig would be beneficial on this job. So after some research I came up with a Condor rig that would suit my needs for the 16 hours I'm on the job per week.
I just couldn't justify the expense of the HPG rig. So using some of my ESEE stash I came up with this rig for now,may need more tweaking as I wear it. ESEE pouch was perfect for the cell phone. closed rig.jpg open rig.jpg

This is where my kit bag rides when I’m not using it.

Save me one Andy. Even though I have the original prototype I still want one of the production models.

YEA ! a little flyfishing! sweet.

Probably going to set my heavy recon up for that as well, seeing as its getting zero use since i dialed in the L.R.R.P.R. set up.
